OBJECTIVE

In January 2021, our parent company, CCG Marketing Solutions, rolled out the Project 21 Refresh initiative focused on rebranding the company, shifting the corporate culture, and shining a light on what is important – our employees.  After a year of COVID-19, the leadership team felt the company would benefit greatly from a new foundation and mindset going into a new year. The internal campaign included  a  website rebuild, branding updates,  new materials, email campaigns, and this branded kit  to engage employees both in the office and those working remotely.

OUR IMPACT

 CCG  distributed 290 Project 21 Refresh kits both in person and shipped nationwide to accommodate employees working on-site and remotely. The P21 Refresh initiative promoted a change in mindset, culture, and performance across the company.
