OBJECTIVE

In January 2021, our parent company, CCG Marketing Solutions, rolled out the Project 21 Refresh initiative focused on rebranding the company, shifting the corporate culture, and shining a light on what is important – our employees.  After a year of COVID-19, the leadership team felt the company would benefit greatly from a new foundation and mindset going into a new year. The internal campaign included  a  website rebuild, branding updates,  new materials, email campaigns, and this branded kit  to engage employees both in the office and those working remotely.

The purpose of these items was dual-focused:

1. Highlight the Project 21 Refresh initiative by providing branded gear that can be used on a daily basis

2. CCG’s pledge to recognize the importance of each individual employee by investing in their professional and personal development
